Will my money be safe with you?

Before the money is sent to your account of choice, the money will be received from your tenants or guests into our designated insured account. Along with the money comes a detailed report of the monthly rent, expenses and the net pay.

What type of properties do you manage and work with?

We are able to manage any properties from a studio to a 4 bedrooms, whether that is a standard buy-to-let property, or a serviced accommodation, we cover it. Management includes full maintenance report of the property, inspections, and making sure your property is fully up to date and is legal and compliant.

What are the prices for each service?

The fee varies on; the type of property you have, what service and management you're looking for. It could also depend on what strategy you are using, want to use or change to. Head to the 'CONTACT' section where you can fill out a form which directly sends to us, where we can respond and even book you an appointment.

What work do you do and what work do I do?

This depends on the type of property you have and what strategy you're using. However, typically we take care of all cosmetic and minor fixture work and you will take care of structural work but this also highly depends on the agreement we have with the tenants. This will all be agreed on and understood in a written contract.

What areas do you cover?

Our services currently only cover Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley in South Yorkshire.

Do you find tenants for properties?

Absolutely! We conduct thorough due diligence to make sure there will be no void months, and the tenants will keep the standard of the property at an acceptable manor. We also run other checks and understand your needs and desires to find the right long term tenant for your investment property.
